Section 460 IAC 13-6-1 - Shared staffing

Sec. 1.

(a) For individuals deemed appropriate to share staffing, it is expected that they will have housemates or another BDDS approved staffing model.

(b) Only individuals determined by BDDS to be incapable of utilizing shared staffing may receive a budget for living alone.
