Sec. 16.
(a) An applicant aggrieved by a final determination of the office or the division may appeal that determination to the family and social services administration, hearings and appeals office.(b) The request for a fair hearing must be submitted in writing and signed by the applicant. This request must be received in the family and social services administration, hearings and appeals office within thirty (30) days of the action being appealed.
