Sec. 38.
SUSPENSION OF SCHEDULES. Upon receipt of an order suspending a schedule in part or in its entirety, the carrier who filed such schedule shall immediately file with the Commission a consecutively numbered supplement to the schedule which shall not bear an effective date but which shall quote in full the Commission's order of suspension, followed by a statement that by reasons of the Commission's order the use and application of the suspended publications or portions thereof is deferred for the period prescribed in the suspension order. Such supplement shall give specific reference by P.S.C.I. number or numbers to the schedule or schedules where rates, charges, rules, regulations, or practices continued in effect by the suspension order will be found. The carrier who filed the schedule which has been suspended in part or in its entirety shall also comply with such other instructions as may be furnished it with the order of suspension.
