Section 42 IAC 1-3-20 - "Relative" defined

Sec. 20.

"Relative" means any person related as:

(1) father;

(2) mother;

(3) stepfather;

(4) stepmother;

(5) brother;

(6) sister;

(7) stepbrother;

(8) stepsister;

(9) uncle;

(10) aunt;

(11) husband;

(12) wife;

(13) son;

(14) daughter;

(15) stepchild;

(16) son-in-law;

(17) daughter-in-law;

(18) grandchild;

(19) stepgrandchild;

(20) niece; or

(21) nephew.
