Section 410 IAC 6-5.1-12 - School facility inspection

Sec. 12.

The state health commissioner or local health officer is authorized to make inspections to determine the condition of school buildings and sites. The commissioner or local health officer shall have the authority to enter at reasonable times any private, public, or religious school building for the purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions relating to the enforcement of 410 IAC 6-5.1.
