Section 410 IAC 16.2-1.1-69 - "Service plan" defined

Sec. 69.

"Service plan" means a written plan for services to be provided by the facility, developed by the facility, the resident, and others, if appropriate, on behalf of the resident, consistent with the services needed to ensure the health and welfare of the resident.
