Section 410 IAC 15-4-3 - "Healthcare associated infection" defined

Sec. 3.

"Healthcare associated infection" means an infection associated with health care delivery in any setting, for example, the following:

(1) Hospitals.

(2) Long-term care facilities.

(3) Ambulatory settings.

(4) Home care.
