Sec. 1.
(a) All centers shall be licensed by the department and shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and rules.(b) Components required for licensure as a center are the following:(2) Quality assessment and improvement.(3) Infection control program.(5) Medical records, storage, and administration.(6) Medical staff, anesthesia, and surgical service.(7) Patient care services.(8) Pharmaceutical services.(9) Physical plant, equipment maintenance, and environmental services.(c) Optional services, not required for licensure, must comply with all rules for that service.(d) The center shall develop, implement, and maintain a written plan to address the internal review and reporting of unusual occurrences and disasters.
