Section 405 IAC 14-2-56 - "Supplemental security income" or "SSI" defined

Sec. 56.

"Supplemental security income" or "SSI" means the federal cash assistance program of direct financial payments to individuals who:

(1) are at least sixty-five (65) years of age;

(2) are blind; or

(3) have a disability administered by the Social Security Administration under Title XVI of the Social Security Act.
