Section 405 IAC 14-2-42 - "Primary medical provider" or "PMP" defined

Sec. 42.

"Primary medical provider" or "PMP" means a primary care physician or other licensed health practitioner practicing state law who is responsible for:

(1) providing preventive and primary health care to enrollees;

(2) initiating referrals for specialist care; and

(3) maintaining continued patient care.
