Section 405 IAC 14-2-17 - "Dual eligible member" defined

Sec. 17.

"Dual eligible member" means an individual eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid benefits. The term includes the following types of dual eligible members:

(1) A QMB DAUL (QMB Plus or QMB Only).

(2) A non-QMB DUAL low income beneficiary (SLMB+ or other full benefit dual eligible member).
