Section 35 IAC 2-8-1 - Actuarial data used in calculating total membership cost

Sec. 1.

The Actuarial Data to be used in calculating the total membership cost of participants shall include all service as a full time sworn police officer or firefighter in an Indiana police or fire force having a 1977 Police and Firefighters' Pension and Disability Fund.
