Section 35 IAC 1.2-3-9 - Optional service

Sec. 9.

Employees of participating school corporations who occupy PERF covered positions normally requiring performance of service of less than one thousand (1,000), but more than six hundred (600) hours a year and who opt to become members of the fund, shall be credited only for service from the date such option was made.
