Section 345 IAC 2.5-2-1 - Purpose

Sec. 1.

The purpose of this article is to prevent, detect, and eradicate tuberculosis (Mycobacterium bovis) in animals by using current knowledge and procedures for the control of the disease. This article is to be administered in cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture. The provisions of this rule apply throughout this article.
