Section 345 IAC 2-9-6 - Culling

Sec. 6.

The owner of a hunting preserve or his or her authorized agent may cull permitted animals from the preserve without obtaining a special hunting permit for the purpose of:

(1) controlling the population of the herd;

(2) addressing an animal welfare issue;

(3) consumption by the owner and members of his or her household; or

(4) donation to a charitable organization that is qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
