Section 329 IAC 3.1-7-15 - Additional reporting

Sec. 15.

The commissioner, as she deems necessary under IC 13-22-7-1, may require generators to furnish additional reports concerning the quantities and disposition of wastes identified or listed in 329 IAC 3.1-6.
