Section 329 IAC 3.1-4-16 - "Interim status" defined

Sec. 16.

"Interim status" means that interim period during which an existing hazardous waste management facility shall be treated as having been issued a permit. Interim status begins when an existing facility first becomes subject to this article or 40 CFR 270.70. Interim status terminates upon final administrative disposition of its final (state) permit pursuant to 329 IAC 3.1-13 or closure pursuant to 329 IAC 3.1-10.
