Section 329 IAC 16-2-5 - "Closure" defined

Sec. 5.

"Closure" means the activities to be completed at the registered facility at the end of electronic waste acceptance, including:

(1) removal, proper recycling, or disposal of all e-waste and electronic debris at the registered facility; and

(2) notification to the commissioner.
