Section 329 IAC 16-2-21 - "Electronic waste collector" defined

Sec. 21.

"Electronic waste collector" means a person who actively:

(1) accumulates;

(2) gathers; or

(3) consolidates;

electronic waste that is generated by other persons. An electronic waste broker may also be an electronic waste collector.
