Section 327 IAC 2-4-4 - Preparation of reports by operator; time for submission

Sec. 4.

All reports shall be prepared by the certified wastewater treatment plant operator, licensed under the provisions of IC 13-18-11, when such discharge(s) originate(s) in whole or in part from a wastewater treatment plant as defined in IC 13-11-2-258.

Such reports shall be submitted prior to the 28th day of the following month.
