Section 327 IAC 17-4-2 - Applicability

Sec. 2.

This rule applies to persons who propose to undertake wetland activities in a:

(1) Class III wetland; and

(2) Class II wetland, except wetland activities that are regulated by a minimal impact general permit under 327 IAC 17-2.
