Sec. 3.

(a) This subsection applies to the boundary river, which is the Ohio River. The application fee to place, replace, reconstruct, repair, or improve a residential structure in the boundary river floodway is ten dollars ($10) an application for one (1) project.
(b) The application fee to replace, reconstruct, repair, or improve a residential structure in a floodway other than the boundary river is fifty dollars ($50) an application for one (1) project.
