Sec. 3.
(a) Out-of-state travel by a parolee will require written permission from the department and must be in accordance with the Interstate Compact Agreement. Permission for such travel may be obtained by a parolee after consultation with and receiving written permission from his supervising officer.(b) A parolee must consult with his supervising officer if personal needs or employment require frequent or prolonged periods beyond the parole district or area to which he is released.
