Section 20 IAC 3-2-3 - Acceptable digital signature technology

Sec. 3.

The technology known as public key cryptography is the acceptable digital signature technology for use by persons dealing with the state through the Intelenet system provided that the digital signature is created consistent with the provisions in section 2 of this rule.
