Section 170 IAC 6-5-5 - "Water tracker information form" defined

Sec. 5.

As used in this rule, "water tracker application form" means the forms, schedules, and instructions provided by the engineering division of the commission under this rule. The commission staff shall develop the forms, schedules, and instructions that comprise the water tracker application form and shall revise the water tracker application form as needed.
