Section 170 IAC 6-1.5-23 - "Subsequent connector's fee" defined

Sec. 23.

As used in this rule, "subsequent connector's fee" means the cash fee equal to the cost per lot of the main extension determined in accordance with sections 30 through 32 of this rule, multiplied by the number of lots for which service is requested.
