Section 170 IAC 5-1-26 - Customer requests for modification; liability for costs

Sec. 26.

Modification at Customer's Expense.

If a customer requests for his convenience or by his actions requires that utility facilities be redesigned, reengineered, relocated, removed, modified, or reinstalled, the utility may require the customer to make payment to it of the full cost of performing such service.
