Section 170 IAC 4-6-19 - Ratemaking treatment; testimony and exhibits for subsequent applications

Sec. 19.

A utility shall submit to the commission, as part of its prefiled written testimony and exhibits in support of its request for ratemaking treatment of additional values of qualified pollution control property under construction under section 18 of this rule, the information, materials, and computations specified in section 12 of this rule.
