Section 170 IAC 4-4.3-12 - Customer complaints

Sec. 12.

In the event an investor-owned electric utility and an eligible customer are unable to agree on matters relating to customer-generator facility interconnection, either party may raise a customer complaint to the commission in accordance with the commission's consumer complaint rules.
