Section 170 IAC 4-1-16.5 - Home energy assistance; involuntary termination of service; definitions

Sec. 16.5.

(a) "Commission" means the Indiana utility regulatory commission.

(b) "Customer" means for the purposes of this rule [ 170 IAC 4-1 ] a person who has agreed to pay for electric services exclusively for residential purposes.

(c) "Disconnect" means the termination or discontinuance of electric services.
