Section 170 IAC 4-1-0.5 - Purpose and applicability

Sec. 0.5.

(a) The purpose of this rule is to provide the specific requirements for submission of utilities' integrated resource plans required by IC 8-1-8.5-3(e).

(b) This rule applies to a utility, as defined in this rule, unless otherwise noted.
