Section 170 IAC 1-2-11 - Original filing of rates, tolls and charges

Sec. 11.

Original Filing. In those cases in which rates are being filed for the first time, the letter of transmittal must show that the rates, tolls and charges are not in excess of the rates, tolls and charges in force January 1, 1913, unless such increases have been approved by the Commission.
