Section 105 IAC 5-6-3 - Failure to complete course; revocation of commission

Sec. 3.

Any railroad police officer described in section 1 of this rule who fails to successfully complete said required basic training course within one (1) year after first or original employment on or after January 1, 1976, shall have his or her commission revoked by the department after the first anniversary of his date of appointment.
