Section 105 IAC 3-3-33 - Penalties

Sec. 33.

(a) State law provides that any person who does not fall within the exemptions set forth above and who uses a provisional landing site for agricultural applications or helicopter operations commits a Class B infraction.

(b) State law provides that any person who operates a lighter-than-air aircraft in violation of this exemption commits a Class B infraction.
