Section 105 IAC 3-3-31 - Failure to apply for approval notice

Sec. 31.

Failure to apply to the department for approval notice for a temporary airport at least 15 days prior to beginning operations shall result in appropriate actions by the department to close the airport. The department may invoke the aid of any court of general jurisdiction to carry out its orders by injunction or other legal process.
