Section 105 IAC 3-3-18 - General policy

Sec. 18.

It shall be the policy of the department to encourage and support the establishment of private-use airports in the state and to issue certificates of site approval to all private-use airports meeting the following requirements excepting those requirements which have been waived by the department.
