Section 105 IAC 12-3-10 - Fuel contracts

Sec. 10.

(a) Procurement of fuel may be made under the procedure outlined in this section.
(b) The department may procure fuel for an individual vehicle or piece of equipment in the same manner that a reasonable person would procure the same quantity of fuel.
