Section 105 IAC 11-2-11 - False statements

Sec. 11.

An applicant who is convicted of knowingly making a false statement with respect to the applicant's financial worth in an application for qualification, financial statement, or other written instrument filed by the applicant with the department under this rule is not entitled to submit bids for a period of two (2) years following the date of conviction.
