Section 105 IAC 11-1-16 - "Notice to contractors" defined

Sec. 16.

"Notice to contractors" means the bulletin in a format determined by the department that is distributed by the department inviting bids for work to be performed, listing the:

(1) type of work;

(2) location;

(3) qualification requirements; and

(4) cost of the bidding documents.
