Section 10 IAC 1.5-4-6 - Presumption of stock ownership

Sec. 6.

(a) There is a presumption that the stock book of a corporation shows the owner of the stock certificate or other certificate of ownership of the corporation and the amount of ownership interest in the corporation.

(b) There is a presumption that the records of a holder show ownership of or entitlement to other intangible property.
