Section 105.410 - The Agency Recorda) The Agency must file the entire Agency record of its decision with the Board in accordance with Section 105.116.b) The record must include: 1) The plan or budget submittal or other request that requires an Agency decision;2) Correspondence with the petitioner and any documents or materials submitted by the petitioner to the Agency related to the plan or budget submittal or other request;3) The final determination letter; and4) Any other information the Agency relied upon in making its determination.Ill.
