Section 16.07.39.000 - LEGAL AUTHORITY

Sections 16-2403 and 66-317, Idaho Code, authorize the Department to promulgate rules appointing designated examiners and designated dispositioners. Sections 56-1003 and 56-1004, Idaho Code, authorize the Director to adopt rules to administer a mental health program.
