Section 16.06.12.001 - TITLE AND SCOPE

01.Title. These rules are titled IDAPA 16.06.12, "Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP)."

02.Scope. These rules provide the requirements for determining participant and provider eligibility for the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) and issuing child care benefit payments.
