Section 16.06.12.600 - CHANGE REPORTING REQUIREMENTSA family who receives child care benefits must report the following permanent changes by the tenth day of the month following the month in which the change occurred.
01.Change in Permanent Address.02.Change in Household Composition.03.Change in Income. When the household's total gross income for family of the same size exceeds any of the following: a. One hundred and thirty percent (130%) of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG);b. Eighty-five percent (85%) of the State Median Income (SMI); orc. The graduated phase-out income limit as defined in the Idaho Child Care State Plan.04.Change in Child Care Provider.Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.06.12.600
