Section 16.06.12.050 - ICCP APPLICATION FOR BENEFITSA family applying for child care benefits must submit a completed and signed application to the Department.
01.Application Received. The Department will date stamp the application on the day the application is received. The applicant has thirty (30) days from the date the application is received by the Department to complete the application process by providing all required verifications.02.New Application Required. A new application is required if all requested verification is not provided within thirty (30) days from the date the application was received by the Department. The time limit can be extended by the Department for events beyond the Department's control.03.Notification. The Department will act on applications for child care benefits within thirty (30) days of receipt. The applicant will be notified in writing of the approval or denial of the application and of the applicant's right to appeal.Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.06.12.050
