Section 16.06.03.124 - ISSUANCE OF LICENSE01.Regular License. If the Department determines the applicant is complying with these rules, the Department will, within sixty (60) days from the date the completed application is submitted, issue one (1) of the following licenses: b. Group Daycare Facility; or02.Licensing Document. The license will state the type of facility, the occupancy load, number of children who may be in attendance if such limitations are necessary, and the length of time the license is effective. The license is issued under the terms specified and will be mailed to the applicant.a. A regular license for a daycare facility licensed by the Department is in effect for two (2) years from the date of issuance unless suspended or revoked earlier.b.
