Section 16.05.06.150 - TIME FRAME FOR SUBMITTING FINGERPRINTS01.Time Frame. The applicant fingerprints must be received by the Department within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the application submission in the Department background check system whether the fingerprints are sent by mail or collected at a Department fingerprinting location. If the Department does not receive the applicant fingerprints within sixty (60) calendar days from the background check submission date on the Department website, the applicant must complete a new application.02.No Extension of Time Frame. The Department will not extend the twenty-one (21) day time frame, unless the agency provides just cause. If the Department does not extend the time frame, the applicant must be removed from any situation where they can have direct access to a vulnerable person or their belongings.Idaho Admin.
