Section 16.04.18.000 - LEGAL AUTHORITY

Sections 39-1207, 39-1208, 39-1209, 39-1210, 39-1213, 56-1003, 56-1004A, and 56-1005(8), Idaho Code, authorizes the Department and the Board of Health and Welfare to adopt and enforce rules for licensing these organizations.
