Section 16.04.18.217 - CASE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONSThe organization must hire a case manager that possesses one (1) of the following:
01.Social Work Licensure. Licensed by the state of Idaho under Title 54, Chapter 32, Idaho Code, and IDAPA 24.14.01, "Rules of the State Board of Social Work Examiners."02.Bachelor's Degree. A Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science, or a related field; and have the following:a. For children's residential care facilities, the case manager must have at least one (1) year of full-time work experience with children in a social service setting.b. For children's agencies, the case manager must have at least one (1) year of full-time work experience in foster care or adoption services.03.Five Years Full-Time Work Experience. Except for a children's agency, at least five (5) years of full-time work experience with children in a social service setting.Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.04.18.217
