Section 16.04.18.203 - NOTIFICATIONAn organization must notify the Department by close of the next business day using the Department-approved process and immediately notify the parent, guardian, or placing children's agency for the following:
01.Fire. A fire that requires the services of a fire company or when children are relocated.02.Hospitalized Child. Any illness, injury, or behavioral health crisis that requires admittance to a hospital.03.Law Enforcement Authorities. When a child is detained, arrested, or charged by law enforcement authorities.04.Suicide Attempt. A child's attempt to commit suicide that requires an external emergency response or emergency room visit.05.Missing or Runaway Child. When a child is missing or has eloped and is not within the child's supervision needs.06.Death of a Child. If sudden death, or if the death occurs because of a crime or accident, the appropriate law enforcement agency must be contacted immediately.Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.04.18.203
